Systems Analyst

Kite Systems is a young and ambitious technology company. Kite operates in a variety of business sectors including, payment processing, e-commerce, recruitment, and social media. Kite Systems currently has development teams in Manila and Hong Kong. We are recruiting for highly intelligent, ambitious developers to join our Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities
-Design, and build cutting edge web applications across a diverse range of platforms
-Create unit tests and integration tests using manual and automated approaches
-Work collaboratively with the PM, QA and other developers.
-Develop software iteratively and deliver working code in each iteration.
-Performance tune and scale web applications to handle 10s of thousands of pageviews per day.
-Work with product and design teams to come up with the best user experience and application flow.

Required Skills
One of the following development environments:
-Python, using Django, Turbo Gears, Pylons or similar
-JAVA using a recognized MVC
-PHP 5 using MVC frameworks such as CakePHP, CodeIgniter etc
-.Net using MVC frameworks such as WPF
-Ruby on Rails

We exepect our developers to:
-Have LAMP stack experience with good knowledge of the shell
-Excellent SQL experience
-Experience building multi-language web applications.
-JavaScript, particularly JQuery
-Good CSS skills
-Experience developing consumer web applications
-Have a Computer Science degree or related
